What We Actually Want (and Why Part Two Had to Happen)

What We Actually Want (and Why Part Two Had to Happen)

Last week, we released part one of our vision board series and talked about what we’re actually manifesting this year.

And honestly? Once we hit stop recording, we both knew we weren’t done.

Because pretty goals are easy. Aesthetic boards are easy. Big, dreamy words are easy.

But what happens when motivation wears off?
What happens when real life shows up?
What happens when you’re tired, overstimulated, busy, burned out… and still want to build a life that feels good?

That’s where part two came from.

In What We Actually Want (Part 2), we stop talking about what looks good and start talking about what actually feels good.

We get into things like:

– Why motivation doesn’t work for us
– What “default settings” really means
– Doable days over perfect days
– Habits over hype
– Journaling blocks
– Emotional processing
– Cozy living, creativity, and lifestyle shifts
– And building a life that feels like it’s on your team instead of constantly fighting you

This episode is very much about moving out of catch-up mode and into something more supportive, more realistic, and more kind.

If vision boards have ever made you feel behind instead of inspired, these two episodes go hand in hand.

👉 Start with Part One: What We’re Actually Manifesting
👉 Then listen to What We Actually Want (Part 2),

Together, they paint the full picture of how we’re approaching this year — not from a “new year, new me” place, but from a “real life, real systems, real support” place.

🎧 Both episodes are now live on all podcast platforms.

And as always, thank you for being here, listening with us, and letting us have these very real conversations out loud. 🤍
